General Questions

  • Chevron down What methods of payment do you accept?
  • We accept cash, VISA, Master Card and Discover. Note: Valid credit card info required to make reservations.

  • Chevron down What are your cancellation policies?
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of credit card information. Cancellations will be considered if made 24 hours or more before trip launch time. Cancellations for groups of 10 or more must be made 48 hours or more before trip launch time. Cancellations made inside the 24 and 48 hours to launch times will be charged full rate per person. No-Shows will be charged full tour and transportation rate (if applicable) per person to your credit card.

    All tours are weather permitting. Our captains constantly monitor the weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety of our guests. In the event of a canceled tour due to weather and/or sea conditions, a representative will contact you to reschedule the trip. If this is not possible, all payments are refunded in full.

  • Chevron down What happens if we arrive late?
  • If the customer arrives after 9:30AM and the boat already started it’s departure procedures, the vessel will not re-dock and the customer losses the opportunity and will be charge full amount.

Snorkel & Beach Tours

  • Chevron down What should we bring?
  • Wear comfortable clothes and bathing suit underneath. Also bring beach sandals, sun screen (no spray) sun glasses, a hat, beach towel, and a waterproof camera.

  • Chevron down Do you provide prescription masks?
  • No, we don’t offer prescription masks, but if you own one you are welcome to bring it on board.

  • Chevron down If it rains, will the tour get canceled?
  • Puerto Rico is a tropical island and weather conditions can vary wildly from metro San Juan to our docks in Fajardo. It can be raining in San Juan, where you are staying, and be perfectly nice at the harbor or at our snorkeling destination. Rain showers are quite common on the island. Many times, they are followed by beautiful sunshine and perfect weather conditions. Unless contacted by a representative, the tour will run as schedule. In the event that we do cancel a tour due to weather and/or sea conditions, a representative will contact you to reschedule or give you a full refund.

  • Chevron down Is there a bathroom onboard?
  • Yes, we do have a bathroom onboard the Traveler Catamaran and the SS Tobias.

  • Chevron down Do you have flotation devices on board?
  • Yes, we have life vests and Sea Belts.

  • Chevron down Can we bring our own alcohol?
  • We do not allow our guests to bring alcohol or coolers aboard. Our rate includes afternoon complimentary rum drinks such as rum punch, rum cola and piña coladas with rum. Also, if available, we sell local beer $2.00 each.

  • Chevron down Are pets or service animals allowed?
  • We don’t allow pets or service animals onboard.

  • Chevron down I’m a vegetarian, are you able to accommodate us?
  • At lunch we serve cold cuts, fresh bread, chicken salad, tuna salad and vegetarian pasta, but we allow guest to bring something extra if they do not want to consume our lunch.

  • Yes! We provide pick-up and drop off transportation from most locations in metropolitan San Juan and many points in between the city and our docks in Fajardo on the east coast of Puerto Rico. See pick-up and drop-off times from your location, here.
